Services disconnected in error

I lost all my services on Tuesday. When I phoned Virgin they stated that I had contacted them as I was moving home. I did not contact them & I am not moving. My services were reconnected briefly. As my contract was due for renewal on a couple of weeks I thought I would get that done while it was fresh in my mind. I was chatting to someone who sent me a new contract which I was happy about when they disconnected me again. I went back & was told I would get my services back in 24 hours. After 24 hours I still had no services. I phoned again today. I was then told it would be at least 48 hours. I really need my internet back as I work from home a lot & if I am at work I need the internet work to check on my mum & to talk to her. This has ruined my week off & I am normally a calm person but this is making me angry.

    Sorry to hear about the disconnection issues you've faced over this week.

    When did you last speak with our team?

    If it was today, then the reconnection form can take up to 48 hours.

    Sadly, it's not possible to speed this up once it's been sent off.
