Services disconnected in error
I lost all my services on Tuesday. When I phoned Virgin they stated that I had contacted them as I was moving home. I did not contact them & I am not moving. My services were reconnected briefly. As my contract was due for renewal on a couple of weeks I thought I would get that done while it was fresh in my mind. I was chatting to someone who sent me a new contract which I was happy about when they disconnected me again. I went back & was told I would get my services back in 24 hours. After 24 hours I still had no services. I phoned again today. I was then told it would be at least 48 hours. I really need my internet back as I work from home a lot & if I am at work I need the internet work to check on my mum & to talk to her. This has ruined my week off & I am normally a calm person but this is making me angry.
