God help me what is going on at virgin. I have no service s as cut months ago when I complained about all price increases without telling me. Then I did not pay the bill. So ever since I have tried to sort it out . Still waiting now I have received a bill for march no services . So I don’t know what is going on

Hello I have to be honest I don’t know what is gy on .I spoke to a colleague of yours she didn’t help then another one told untruth about my email address
I contacted them because I couldn’t access any apps email any of virgin sites . And because of all the price increases without telling me I had enough and wanted to leave the lady said she would help but I couldn’t remember memorable word. She sent it to me then man took it up but lied said I had changed email have not.
I told the lady I had outstanding bill and that I would pay it and that I wanted to leave… which I did and have had no services since before I paid that bill . So then I got .a surprise a bill yet I haven’t had any service since then. So I don’t know what to do
