Service status check on My Virgin Media app not working
I’ve recently had a new external cable connection and a new hub installed. It’s finally resolved all the connection problems that I’ve been having but for some reason I’m unable to use service status checker on either the My Virgin Media app or website. Whenever I use it it errors out or comes up with a message saying that it can’t connect to my broadband connection. I tried to call CS and they didn’t really know what to suggest other than to wait a few days. I’m not that worried about it as I finally have fully functioning broadband but if anyone on here is able to help, I’f be very grateful.
