Seem to have been overpaying for months
Hi
When we renewed our contract at the end of 2024, we had an issue with the premium Netflix package that was meant to be included.
I was assisted by a colleague on here after being fobbed off multiple times by customer service on the phone, and it seemed everything was sorted. However I have recently checked our bills and it seems that the amount the forum team member said we should be paying isnt what we have been paying so would just like someone to look into this for me please as everytime I try calling its either a massive queue or the person I speak to doesnt understand our issue.
