Section 21 Notice - £400+ Disconnection Fee

Good Morning,

We renewed our Virgin Media contract in May this year and then, two months later, we were hit with a Section 21 notice from our landlords. I called Virgin last night and they told me we will have a £400+ disconnection fee as we had signed a 2 year contract before our eviction. This situation is obviously not ideal, as we had intended to stay here and put down roots, hence the two year contract.

I have seen that some members of the community have received help with their disconnection fees and hoped that someone might be able to help or, point me in the right direction to get some assistance?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is already a stressful and expensive time for us!
