Router return -Stalled at Yodal National Hub
I recently cancelled virgin media within the cooling off period. I returned the router as requested using prepaid service via yodal on 4/12/24. I received a tracker number from Yodal, however this shows it has not been delivered back, there has been no update via yodal since 8/12/24.
I have proof that I have done my bit and the fault is with yodal which was arranged and paid for by virgin. Please can you advise the easiest way to ensure I donβt get charged for the router without spending hours on the chat (reason for leaving!) Thanks
