Ridiculous password system

As many others before me have found whatever password I use that all meet the specified requirements are told ‘prohibited word used’ !!

I have tried different emails I’ve also tried using the app. All with the same result.  
How is anyone supposed to join Virgin Media when this most basic thing is so frustratingly useless!!??

what should I do? 
should I cancel my subscription application and find a provider which works properly??

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry to hear of the issues that you're facing with password creation. As we all companies we have been advised by independent security companies to change our password requirement to increase our customers security options, this does also include passwords. If you have tried a number of times and met with failure we would need to take a look into this as this may mean that your online account needs a reset from our side to create a new password.
