Returns Packaging not being delivered

My father in law has been moved to a care home and Virgin have been very good in closing the account down as requested. However I am having real issues returning the equipment - I have requested the packaging three times now - and still nothing - I have now had an email saying they are going to charge him £225 in a week if it’s not returned!!! Not a good thing for an 85 year old to recove! How do I get the packaging - or get the charge delayed until I can sort this out?

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to send back your father in laws equipment return. When did you last request the returns packaging as it can take up to 10 days to reach you? How have you requested the packaging online or by speaking to the team over the phone?
