Returning VM kit

I have been trying to handover the return kit to the yodel drop off points for last 7 days but it seems yodel service is not working. 

Also, I never received any return label along with the box, so I am still awaiting for the label as I m not sure whether the box can be returned without the label even when the yodel service is up and running. 

Please can the return kit be collected from my home. Thank you

    You can use the following online webform to request packaging

    /virgin-media-return-or-recycle-equipment/request-returns-pack 

    You can also use the following link to print out your own returns label and use your own packaging.

    After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store. Enclose a covering note with your account number and details of the returned equipment including serial numbers.

    Make sure you receive a tracking receipt and keep it safe.

    You can also return your equipment via an O2 store if you have a local one. If you do take that route then make a note of your account number along with the serial numbers of any equipment you are returning and give that to the O2 staff, retaining a copy yourself and possibly get them to sign for it/and or take a photo.

      I have handed over the kit today to yodel collection point with the below items:

      1. Broadband Router and cable
      2. TV set box and cable
      3. Remote control 

      Yodel tracking Number is - 199D1K1

      Delivery post code NN8 2DH

      Please confirm receipt.

        You might still see some emails regarding return of the hardware device as they are automatically generated by the billing system. VM can't update the systems if the equipment is still in transit. Transit can take between 7 to 10 working days.

        Once VM receive the equipment and it's scanned into the systems then the billing account will be updated. (The returns are scanned in bulk )
