Returning VM Kit

How do I go about getting a large box to return VM Kit?

I was told to use this link https://virg.in/returnkit which I did but the box I was sent is too small for the kit I wish to return, it's bigger than the box.

I have 2x set top boxes and a super hub, I've already returned a superhub, but I have another one that isn't in use either. The superhub may fit in the small box I have been given not checked, but the two set top boxes however will not fit in the box.
