Returning VM Equipment

I am finding it difficult to dis connect the white cable on my broadband.&nbsp; Can I return only the box?

It's just the boxes that VM want back. They have never said they want the cables as well.&nbsp;

If you mean disconnecting the cable from the back of the hub there should be a little spanner tool that comes with the returns packaging.&nbsp;

Perhaps it is a push fit, folks have found those to be exceeding tight to fit &amp; remove without resorting to pliers.
