Returning VM equipment
As of yesterday, my account has now ended with VM. Today I have received email for instructions to return 2 items of equipment, 1 of which I don’t have…we only have a router as haven’t had virgin cable tv for years,and it was returned at the time. I have come and joined this forum, as it seems the only other way to contact VM…I refuse to download wotsApp…as usual nothing is ever easy to speak to real people. Thank you, hoping for an answer please ☺️
