Returning Kit

When I cancelled my mothers services, I was told the return kit would be sent by Royal Mail to her address. No problem there - she has alzheimers and all her post is directed to me and I coud easily deal with it. However you sent it by Yodel to her address and I do not know where this has gone - as I said she has Alzheimers and does not undersand.. Your website will not allow me to add my address for the packaging to be sent (as I had requested to your advisor initially) 

I have all her kit here with me ready to return, can comebody get in touch please to arrange for a return package to be sent to me so I can return to you.
