Returning items I've never had.
Hi
I have recently given notice to end my contract,good product but awful customer service.I have received an email saying what equipment I should return this list has 4 WiFi pods on yet I have only ever received 1 pod. This was after raising a complaint with the ombudsman as VM where charging me for something I have never had and now they are trying to charge me for not returning them.
I have tried to email customer service but had no reply.
