Returning Equipments
I left virginmedia, and I returned the hub and the tv box with the package that virgin media sent. I have confirmation from Yodel that the package has been returned to Virgin Media on 07/10/2025 but now I've received a text from Virgin Media saying they haven't received yet and I will be charged. I have the receipt from yodel as proof of transaction. Can somebody help me to sort out the issue.
