Returning Customer My Virgin Media Account is Still Old Account

Hi,

I have returned to Virgin Media after a few months but I am unable to view my new account because it opens up my old account. How do I setup a new account in My Virgin Media App.

    Thanks for posting in regards to returning but issues with your online account and the details being for the previous account, we appreciate you raising this with us via the forums.

     

    Usually, when a new account is set up during this process it is requested for the online account sign in details to be transferred from the old account over to the new account so when you login it shows the new account. Obviously it doesn't appear to be the case with yourself and the accounts.
