Returning an equipment

Hi there,

I need to return the old router or I'll be charged 40£. But I don't have the return package despite I regularly ask the AI CS to send me one. But it never arrives.

So please, could some human being actually read this and send me one :)

    There are no old router/hubs being charged £40 if not returned.

    The current charges taken from https://www.virginmedia.com/legal/price-guides  are

    Non Returned Equipment

    • Hub 3: up to £50 per unit
    • Hub 4: up to £75 per unit
    • Hub 5: up to £75 per unit
    • Hub 5X: up to £85 per unit
    • Emergency Back-up Line: up to £50 per unit
    • Wired Booster: up to £50 per unit
    • WiFi Booster: up to £50 per unit Intelligent
    • WiFi Pod: up to £86 per unit
    • Virgin TV 360 box: Up to £100 per unit
    • Stream box: Up to £45 per unit
    • V6 box: up to £100 per unit

    You can order returns packaging online via https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-return-or-recycle-equipment/request-returns-pack 

    You can also return equipment by printing out your own returns label using the following link https://www.yodel.co.uk/returns/virgin 

    After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store.

    Use either or both of the following links to find your nearest store (they have different shops listed)

    Enclose a covering note with your account number and details of the returned equipment including serial numbers.

    Make sure you receive a tracking receipt and keep it safe.

    You can also return the equipment via an O2 store https://stores.o2.co.uk/

    They ask me to return the arris hub3 or they'll charge 40£, I've been emailed and texted.

    I see there's no way I can get a returning pack as AI won't work. Will try print the label or going to a 02 shop. 

    This returning thing is a pain in the ass
