Returning a package

I want to let someone know that I have returned my equipment to virgin in the prepaid package, however the post office could not print me a receipt, the machine accepted it, but the receipt printed was blank. 
who do I tell about this matter please?

    It's the Post Office who provided you with a useless receipt - I'd have thought that's something you should query with the receiving cashier before leaving the branch.

    Even a handwritten receipt signed by a named individual in the branch, would have been better than blank paper - IMO.

    Thanks for letting us know your sent the equipment back to us.The process usually takes around 10 days in total. If you receive any communications regarding the charge after 2 weeks, We can let our collections team know the post office failed to print a receipt as proof.

    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
