Returned the equipment in O2 store more than 2 weeks but still receive the email urging to return it

I have returned the equipment in O2 store on Feb 7.

But I still received the email asking me to return it! I called the customer support and they were not helpful asking me for the tracking number which is not existed on the receipt. Then I called back to the store and they said they can't provide the tracking number and the staff never heard about needing it for many years!

I don't want to be charged for that I did everything correct but now I am helpless.

    We're sorry to hear you're still being asked to return equipment that you've already taken to an O2 Store. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
