Returned kit to o2 shop

I have returned my router and tv box to o2. Got 2 receipts. Was told I would get an email confirming receipt. Still not received. Now got a text saying £129 will be deducted if I do t return the kit. Then I get another text saying there is a delaying in sending out a returns box.

what is going on??
