Return of Kit and Credit

I ended my Virgin contract a few weeks ago as I have moved to a non Virgin area. I was told I would get packaging to return kit but nothing has arrived. It's a TIVO 2 and Hub 2ac which looks from website don't need to be returned. Is that right or should I pursue with Virgin. There's a small credit and I've cancelled DD so they can't bill me any more. How long will credit take to arrive?

    Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

    Sincere apologies for any issues faced, to clarify with the boxes you've stated you shouldn't need to return them to ourselves.

    We do have a guide however on how the equipment can be recycled here.

    Also regarding any final credits, they can take upto 45 days to be refunded if needed.
