Return of equipment

Ive recently returned my equipment to Virgin, but have received a text message saying that they are going to charge me £245 if it’s not returned, it was received by yourselves on 27/10 so why am I getting these reminders

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    We're sorry to hear you're still receiving reminders. Once equipment has been received by us, it takes up to 14 days for the return to be processed on the account. Until this is done, the reminders will automatically be sent. 

    As you've mentioned it was received by us on 27/10/25, you should get a notification by 10/11/25 to confirm it's been processed. If you've not received this by then, pop back to us so we can help further.

  • I have received another message today to say that £245 will be taken out of my account, even though you have had the equipment since the 27th October, please sort this out
