Return of equipment I don’t have
- Hi, I have recently cancelled my account after many years, and have received an email regarding return of equipment.
I have been asked to return 2 set top boxes, an Arris and a Samsung, as well as the router.
I only have 1 set top box (Arris) and the router. I can only assume that the Samsung box was the one replaced years ago by an engineer becoming faulty. Can you assist.
