Return Equipment to o2 store
My contract ended over a week ago. Not received the return packaging yet.
I dont want to use Yodel anyway, as they have a terrible reputation in the area.
I saw online that you can return to an o2 store, so popped in to my local one. They said they can only return the devices with a Return Label, but not a yodel one. Both 150 and Live Chat can only create labels for Yodel.
I see other posts online of people returning to o2 stores and getting a receipt.
Is my local o2 store staff member just unfamilair with the process? How can I prove to them that they can indeed takes the return devices in store?
