Return Equipment Issue

Question

I am trying to post a thread on this forum but I can't see&nbsp; how to do it. I moved house over 2 months ago, returned equipment, provided my new address where I am unable to access VM broadband and now I've received a text telling me that I owe VM money.&nbsp; I've no idea why, I have not been sent a final bill.&nbsp; I am a pensioner and finding this all very difficult.&nbsp; I did everything VM asked me to.&nbsp; Please help

What is VM saying you owe money for? An early disconnection fee or non return of equipment? Have you still got confirmation that the equipment has been collected? What did VM say to you about the new address?&nbsp;
