Return box to big

I took my return equipment box to my local yodel shop today only to be told that the box is to big and they refused to take it, so is there anyway I can get someone to come and pick it up? Or can I take it into an 02 shop?

    We're sorry to hear the shop advised this. The boxes we send out are standard so we will feed this back to the teams. You can take to an O2 store instead if that suits you. You can find your nearest store here.

      When I take it to an 02 store do I have to take the yodel return label of the box and will I get a receipt from them to prove that it has been sent back?

        Hi Wayne1990 

        I would recommend taking the label along with you.  And yes you should get a receipt.
