I am trying to reset my password after my media account was hacked and still is, I’ve changed my ex mail address via the phone and virgin help but was just then told to follow instructions on change my password page. I’m not receiving an E mail from virgin media to my gmail address despite hundreds of attempts and it’s not in junk or spam, any suggestions ?

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with resetting your password, after your account has been hacked. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
