Renewed online

As per other posts, I renewed online through my account, same package slightly higher price, but still much closer to what I was paying than what was offered by multiple agents on chat and retentions. Email to confirm pre contract and email to confirm my order, but I've yet to receive any confirmation that it has been applied, and my contract has not been updated on my account.  When will the web team actually inform me it's went through?
