Renewed my contract 27th December 2023, still receiving both emails & texts asking me to renew contract

I renewed my contract on 27th December 2023, but still receiving both emails and texts asking me to renew my contract and offering a 20% discount.  The links to the offer never work, but I still keep receiving the emails and text messages.

    Hi Snowy1969 👋.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. When you renewed your contract did you receive documents stating a new 18 month term date on there, or if you pop onto your account your contract end date will show, it may appear that the package you obtained in December was a discount for a selective term and not affect your contract date.
