Renewal/package changes

The tactics generally used by VM are SHOCKING when it comes to renewal / changing your package - No option is ever given to REDUCE the TV / BROADBAND packages - only gives you options to increase speed / have more tv etc... anything that gets you to give more money to VM. VM should be ashamed, its should be regarded as breaking CONSUMER LAW and I do hope our consumer groups will manage to get leverage to FORCE the UNDERHAND TACTICS used by VM
