Renewal Problems
I have recently (8 days ago) used the online renewals option to extend my contract by a further 18 months.
I received the two emails with my contract offer, confirming the extension and contract price the same morning that I extended the contract. However, I have now received an email showing my next bill, and indicating future payments which do not reflect the amount shown on the contract agreement email.
I rang the help desk who said it can take up to 7 days for the new contract terms (ie pricing) to show on my account, but we are now at day 8 and nothing is there.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
