Renewal price different to further emails.

So my contract ends next month so I've bitten the bullet and renewed this morning for £72.89 and the email says current price after 18 month contract is £90.

Ive received the contract summary sheet emails and its on that for £72.89 initial monthly cost, 18 month contract.

now I've received an email saying thanks for making changes and here's a quick recap. We've removed TiVo and replaced with 360 and my new bundle cost is £97.91 and my next bill will be £92.25.

What on earth is going on?
