Renewal offers

Can anyone confirm if your renewal offers on the Virgin app include any add ons ie. TNT sports or if the price quoted is only for the  mega package. Wording is very confusing "same package better price".

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion. The wording for the package will relate to the main aspects of the package - Speed of broadband, tier of TV service and call package. For any add on's, you'll need to check these are included in the pre-contract documents that are sent. If there are things missing, these would not be included.

    I'm very reluctant to click on "grab your deal" to see the package as the last time I had any contact with virgin someone decided to add an o2 sim without my knowledge. I don't want tied into a 2 year contract

      You do have 14 days to chnage your mind with all new contracts.

    Dont VM say 'you wont lose anything' in these online renewal offers?   If you do lose anything, youve got them banged to rights.  Take screenshots.
