Renewal offers laughable

After being a loyal customer for many years its now time to leave infact disconnection date is wednesday so 1 days time, the renewal offers was 3 times what im paying, I then get a message to say contact on chat as they have a fab deal to offer me to stay so I did and that wasnt much better, the attitude of the people ive spoken to has been awful, one actually said theres no point in trying to compromise as they can't do anything as the deals are set by computers so basically luck of the drawer and was basically told take it or leave it so im leaving it so disappointed 😞

  • I have been a customer for many years and the renewal offers ive been offered have been awful, I disconnect on wednesday, I then get a message saying contact the chat for an offer to stay thought oh give them a chance it was diabolical 3 times the amount im paying, the service hasn't been thst reliable over the last few months but persevered as its a new area for them and the price was reasonable for this, I was over a week without services at one point, people ive spoke to have been less than helpful and their attitude stank it was oh these are the offers take it or leave it, one even said theres no point in trying to haggle as the prices are set by the computer and basically luck of the drawer, horrendous

  • Yes it just says to chat no renewal offers the one I was offered when I spoke to them was terrible 

  • I get disconnected tomorrow so looms like it will be a goodbye from us

      You can always come back in a few months as a "new" customer and get the relevant deals...

      If your VM service has not been good recently, then signing up for another 24 month lock-in may not be in your best interests anyway. Once you are back on a minimum term again, you will find it hard to get out (because VM makes it so).

      Do as Adduxi suggests. Sign up elsewhere for a time and return to VM as a 'new' customer with new customer pricing.
