Renewal not showing on account still
Can anyone help with my account renewal problem please? Renewed online on 28th Oct, had pre contract docs and order emails immediately but nothing else, spent over 2hrs on WhatsApp chat on 31st Oct where retentions eventually confirmed that contract will go through as per the pre-contract/ order emails received and to wait for a confirmation email. I still haven't received an email, the renewal is still not showing on my account and countless other posts on here seem to have raised the exact same issue of online renewals judt never being actioned... now today my premium netflix has for some inexplicable reason changed to standard with adverts! Help, what is going on and when can i expect this all to be properly reflefted in my account!?! Worried.
