Renewal Issues

Hi,

I've been trying to contact yourselves regarding my Mum's contract which comes to an end next month and she has received a letter about it going up to over £150! 

Can someone from the Forum Team please DM me ?

    Unfortunately VM have a strict rule that they will only deal with the person holding the contract, unless the other person has a LPOA.

    Sorry to hear that you've not been able to speak to us regarding your mother's renewal. Sounds like the discounts applied to her contract are about to expire, which usually happens alongside the contract ending.
