Registration

Recently taken out Virgin broadband. But for the life of me it will not let me register my account. It gets through to the password creation part then it just freezes. I get no help over the phone as I can't verify my last bill (haven't had one) and I can't tell them my bill date as I can't log in to view the information.

Any suggestions anyone?? Anyone else encountered this??

    Are pops ups allowed?

    With the password is this staying with the password rules?

      Yea pop ups are enabled, I have tried multiple devices and browsers and yes password within the the rules regarding characters etc. it just freezes the page and then jumps back to the first part. On Microsoft edge it says the website is not responding.

  • As stated in the other thread I am not able to reply to the DM as when I push to send the reply it doesn’t do anything.
