Registration
Recently taken out Virgin broadband. But for the life of me it will not let me register my account. It gets through to the password creation part then it just freezes. I get no help over the phone as I can't verify my last bill (haven't had one) and I can't tell them my bill date as I can't log in to view the information.
Any suggestions anyone?? Anyone else encountered this??
