Registration Issues

I have experienced an issue where I have attempted to register my new account but have not been sent an email to verify and finish setting up my virgin media account and therefore cannot access my account at all. Any help would be appreciated.

      Hi,

      I have some similar issues - I am a new customer. I bought the broadband package, and I received all the details for registration. However, when I enter the details (account number, area of reference, my email address, and choose a password), the page doesn't continue to register me. It stands for a while and then says, "The page is unresponsive". See figures below.
