Registing Account

I am trying to register my account to be able use the mobile app. Everytime I choose a password in accordance to the instructions and click confirm it starts to register, then pauses, then the website reloadswith a message to choose password screen. I have been trying to register in the past 10 days and no luck and Virgin media customer service were of not been able to help. J ust joined from the Sky and I wish I had stayed with them.
