Why would anyone refer a friend when everyone I speak to says you never receive the reward. I recently moved into my new house and was referred by a friend. Neither my friend or myself have received a bonus, I’m beginning to think this is a scam. So I definitely won’t be referring anyone.

Sorry to see that you've been having issues with receiving your refer a friend credit. Have you had your first bill taken yet? Usually they are put on when the first Direct Debit has been paid. If so, have you been able to contact the company who the referral was arranged through?

I have given up trying to get it, it’s not worth the time I’ve put into this. I’ve been with Virgin Media since the beginning of February. I’m happy with the service I get but I won’t be referring anyone.
