Refer a friend reward still pending after 4 months

We're sorry to hear you're still waiting on receiving your Refer a Friend credit. When referring a friend to our services, they would need to sign up via the unique link that is sent to them via an E-Mail that would be generated by the referee.

When the referred customer then signs up and the cooling off period has been completed, which is 14 days after install, the £50 credit for both parties is entered into an account, which you would need to create with Aklamio: www.virginmedia.aklamio.com

Both parties can then withdraw the money from the Aklamio account and into your bank account.

Everything you mentioned there has been done I sent my friend the referral link they placed their order online it shows on my Aklamio dashboard a transaction was made and it's pending confirmation from virgin media and it's been 4 months 

You'll find that VM and Aklamio will both just send you back and forwards between them, each telling you that it's the other job to resolve.  Good luck with getting what you are owed.

Seems to be the case so far although Aklamio is waiting for VM to confirm it and my friend definitely hasn't cancelled his contract so god knows what's going on
