Recycle equipment now requesting back
Hi,
Virgin told me to recycle my Samsung Tivio 500 box which I have done and now they are saying I need to send it back. I’m so frustrated, what can I do? Thank you

Your device isn't listed so VM are just being overzealous with their requirement to recycle equipment themselves.

Thanks for your post, we're sorry for any confusion caused with that. As carl_pearce has correctly advised - we do not require Tivo boxes back. Just V6 and 360 boxes. You won't be charged for not returning this back to us.
