Re: unable to sign in or link account

I signed up for broadband last Friday, but when I received the confirmation email, it was for the wrong address, long story short, the subscription had to be cancelled and a new one started. However, my email address is linked to the original subscription and now I can't access my new one as they were both on the same email address. When I try to log in it automatically sends me to the wrong account number.
