Re: TNT sport removed from package.
Hi, I renewed my VM package via the VM app in September, which stated there would be no change to my package, other than a £5 monthly increase. The pre-contract information did not make any mention of TNT being removed, so I agreed to the renewal, but later found out that TNT has been removed. When I called customer service early October to query this I was told to call back after my new contract is live, late October, and TNT would be reinstated at no additional cost. I called VM customer service today only to be told I will have to pay an additional £18 for TNT.
I was happy to renew at the cost quoted for all the channels I had previously been receiving, but I am not happy to pay the monthly cost without TNT, and would not have renewed if I had been aware of this change. I did not receive any communication relating to this change prior to it being made.
