Re: TNT fiasco

Sorry to jump in and attach myself, but I didn't want to start a new forum topic when my issue is very similar. I did the online renewal for my existing package on the basis that everything would stay the same, however a lot of my currnet package is missing on my new contract detail (2nd v360 box, sports HD missing - I'm assuming TNT is also missing. My new contract still says Maxit, but I understand this is now obsolete, so I'm a bit confused as to how I can renew keeping my existing package.  When looking to renew, it did say that TNT sports was one of my existing add-ons included in my renewal. I'm happy to share a screenshot with VM in private message if they can help?

    And today within the last 30 minutes I have lost access to TNT Sports in the middle of watching the football.

    Any idea how I go about getting this resolved? This isn't the start to the weekend I had anticipated.
