Re: Reset password not working

I have the same issue.

 

have been trying to change it as I got a email about my contract expiring and can’t log on to see when it expires or how much the new contract will be.

 

please help

    Can you confirm the following for us please:

     

    • Are you trying to access your online account via the MyVM app or our website login?
    • Do you get any error messages when trying to access the account?
    • When were you last able to access the online account?
