Re: Offered bill credit in initial sales call, but not received?

I'm having a similar problem but it states in my contract under other items & charges -£100.00 Welcome Credit which should be more than enough to cover my first bill (not produced yet) but estimated bill is showing as £47.18 and I only have M125 broadband.
