I have the same issue , spent months getting Netflix subscriptions back from Virgin for an account I cancelled, finally got it back, decided to sign up to Netflix direct , when I try to sign in on my TV , I have a Spanish account , not my name and unable to change ?? I’ve tried signing out on the settings , but still the same unknown Spanish account ?? Help
