Re issued cheque
I’ve been waiting for 45+ days for a refund cheque to be reissued after speaking to your customer service team. Please can you update on when the cheque will arrive?

Before we pass the security checks, can you confirm why a cheque is being sent to your and how long you have been waiting? 😀
Yes the Cheque was for a refund on a Virgin Media account l had 8 years ago. A cheque was issued but in my maiden name. I spoke with an a Virgin Media advisor on web on 18 Nov 2025 who confirmed that cheque would be reissued in my married name and it would take 30 to 45 days. It is over 45 days and no cheque has not been received.
